Neutrino Inc. (“Neutrino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our services, and any text (SMS) messages sent to or from our business telephone number.
Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to operate our business and provide our services:
- Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, company, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
- Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent records, where you or an authorized representative of your organization have provided a number for messaging purposes.
- Service and account information related to work we perform for clients, including authentication and verification messages received from vendors and service providers.
- Technical information automatically collected when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and support our services.
- To communicate with you about your account, projects, or requests.
- To send and receive account-related, transactional, and security messages, including two-factor authentication and verification codes.
- To meet legal, regulatory, tax, and contractual obligations.
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
SMS and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent and opt-in
How we obtain consent
Neutrino Inc. is both the account holder and the consenting party for messages sent to our business number, 206-508-4417. This is an internal business line used solely to receive one-time verification codes from software vendors with whom we hold accounts.
How consent is given. An authorized Neutrino administrator signs in to a vendor’s account security settings — for example Google, Microsoft, Amazon, SendGrid, or Cloudflare — affirmatively enters 206-508-4417 as the account’s verification number, and enables SMS verification for that account.
How consent is confirmed. The vendor immediately sends a one-time code to 206-508-4417. Consent is not complete until our administrator enters that code back into the vendor’s site, confirming control of the number. The vendor records the consent in that account’s security settings.
What messages are received. After confirmation, the only messages delivered to this number are one-time verification codes generated when we sign in to that vendor account. For example: Your Google verification code is 284917.
How consent is withdrawn. An authorized administrator removes the number from the vendor’s account security settings at any time, which stops all messages from that vendor. Replies of STOP are honored, and HELP returns our business name and support contact.
Why we publish no opt-in form. We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk text messages, and we maintain no subscriber or contact list. Because we do not message consumers from this number, there is no public sign-up form or keyword opt-in associated with it. Consent is established individually, by us, inside each vendor’s own account settings.
Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase.
Types of messages
Messages sent to or from our business number are transactional and account-related in nature. This includes two-factor authentication codes, verification codes, security alerts, and service notifications from vendors and service providers we use. We do not use this number to send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on account activity and service events. Message and data rates may apply. Neutrino Inc. is not responsible for charges assessed by your mobile carrier.
Opting out and getting help
You may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, reply START. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Carrier limitations
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the availability and performance of your carrier’s network.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share personal information with other companies for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, messaging delivery, email, and customer support. These providers are contractually limited to using the information solely to perform services for us.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other lawful government request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy.
In no case do we share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely destroy it in accordance with our data disposal practices.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
